There are so many benefits of practicing yoga!

Physically, yoga helps you with flexibility, strength, balance and even pain management. Above all, yoga is your opportunity to connect with your true self. Connecting breathe with movement is powerful!

As a certified yoga teacher (YTT 200), I truly enjoy to share the practice with others. I offer private sessions for a wide variety of clients including beginners, seniors and kids. I am trained in hatha yoga and enjoy leading clients through gentle sessions (including chair yoga), vinyasa and other styles of yoga.

A private session is an amazing way to start on your yoga journey. I offer a practice that is specific to your needs and taste. These sessions can be done at your home anywhere in Norfolk County, at my cozy home studio in Port Dover or online wherever you are.

I also love to share yoga at the most unusual places. I am an outdoors girl and truly enjoy practicing yoga outdoors. Check out my events page to see where I am hosting next!

Yoga in the workplace is another one of my offering. Yoga is an amazing tool to release stress. Introducing yoga at work is a great way to empower your employees to take time for themselves and to learn to connect with the best version of themselves.
