Calm & Confident – April 2020

It feels like we live in a different world at the moment. With change comes uncertainty, stress and worries. You think you have more time but somehow you haven’t used that time for anything of value. 

With that in mind I have been working hard to design a program for the month of April. A program to help you improve your physical and emotional health in one spot!

This is your opportunity to work on you, to learn to navigate through this challenging time and build some momentum in your life. 

It’s easy to sit with negative thoughts at the moment, to let the news drain your energy. 

What if you could learn to practice more self awareness?What if you could belong to a supportive group to keep you motivated?What if the work that you do now helps you conquer even bigger challenges in the future?

I will show up every single day for you. I will show up with my tool bag and share it all with you!

This 1 month program includes meditations, movement challenges, mindset tools, weekly group coaching with additional health experts and a private community on FB. I promise some amazing bonuses too!
