Let’s take a breath

2021 is off to a challenging start but if we take a breath, slow down and join forces, we can remember that we are ok. 

The last 10 months have taught us many things including the value of keeping things simple.  

I have noticed the need for stopping to take a breath and refocus, which is why I invite you to join me for a 90-minute workshop on January 16th at 9:30am to get inspired to tune inward, to reflect and create a simple plan for yourself. This is also a great time to connect with others, and to elevate your vibration. 

Simplified living is about giving yourself the space, time, and love to remember who you are. Live with less clutter, busyness, and stress so you can make the room to fully show up as yourself. 

Expect a discussion about how you want to spend your time and how you want to feel while navigating the new year. I will also include some yin yoga postures to encourage deeper reflection and a meditation to cultivate gratitude for what we have. 

I’m keeping it simple too – the workshop will be on zoom, a link will be sent by email upon registration.

I hope to see you there to start the year off – simply!
