  2. Add the 3 cabbages (thinly sliced), the mint and the edamame to the same bowl and mix well. S + P
  3. In a frying pan, grill the cheese on both side until golden. Set aside on cutting board. Slice cheese in cubes
  4. In 2 bowls, place the cooked rice vermicelli noodles, add slaw and the grilled cheese.
