Confidence is defined as a feeling of self-assurance arising from one’s appreciation of one’s own abilities or qualities.  In other words it’s all about how much you believe that you are competent and capable and that your actions will have positive results.

 

We all know someone who seems to exude confidence.  We see it in the way they present themselves to the world, but did you know that confidence is not something we were born with?  No, confidence is a mindset that can be learned.

 

Confidence can help overcome challenges whether personal or professional.
